Built for both sides of your relationship
- ✓Your brand on the artifact. Photo, brokerage, and contact block on the report cover, the share page, and the PDF.
- ✓Leads come back to you. Every shared report carries your contact card, so inquiries route to your inbox and your leads dashboard.
- ✓Client-safe by design. Shares hide investor framing, never material facts, so the report protects your client and your license.
- ✓Every record, graded A to F. Permits, hazards, water and septic, taxes, environment, location, with the methodology shown.
- ✓The Form 17, verified. Five checks against the seller’s disclosure, the questions they’d never know to ask.
- ✓Plain English, real costs. What we found, why it matters, what it can cost, ready for the inspector conversation.

Everyone who opens it sees your name on the evidence. Inquiries route back to you, not to us.
Questions agents ask
Is it really free?
Yes. Agents are how good reports reach buyers, so the co-branded tier is free: unlimited shares, no card, no clock. We make our money on $5 reports and investor subscriptions, not on you.
What does my client see, and not see?
They see every material fact: grades, permits, hazards, taxes, Form 17 checks, with sources. Client-safe shares hide investor framing (flip signals, screening context), never a fact about the property.
Will you market to my clients?
No. Inquiries from your shared reports go to you. We research properties, not people. We don’t sell contact lists, run owner search, or work your sphere.
Is this a CMA or an appraisal?
Neither. It’s a public-records due-diligence report: value figures are estimates, and it complements your CMA and the buyer’s inspection rather than replacing either.
